Star Horse

by Alexia Benson-Phipps, age 10

Star horse trots through the Milky Way,

sending out shooting stars

along its way.

If you search in the starry sky

you might be lucky to see

a glinting eye.

Dreams skip up and down,

searching through the sleepy town

for something secret, warm but dark,

a rider waiting for hooves to spark.
