Poets and songwriters are the lyrical magicians who challenge societal constructs. You know you are one because you have so many feelings and opinions erupting out of your chest, scribbled lines on your phone and on bits of paper, and thoughts streaming through your mind. Now is the time to join like-minded young writers and bring to life the poetic genius within you.
This ZOOM Studio workshop will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday 3rd October. Ample time for you to write and revise something amazing.
You will need:
A device with good wifi to connect to the ZOOM workshop
A quiet space with few distractions ( the workshop will be a mix of whole class connection, break-out-room chats and dedicated writing time)
Pen and paper and/or a device to write on. If you want 1:1 feedback during the session a Google doc is a great way to go.
Your own snacks to keep you fortified!
Shelley Robinson is a former journalist, deputy editor and editor. Shelley has finished her first poetry book with a fantasy book hot on its heels. She mentors writers and teaches well-being courses to participants from around the world.
