Every term-time Saturday for the past 30 years young writers and their tutors have turned up in ÅŒtautahi Christchurch ready to write. Classes started in The Arts Centre before moving to Hagley Community College and, when we outgrew our home there, we moved to Ara City Campus. Luckily we did because last Saturday we celebrated with 105 young writers! We fitted into the hallways to celebrate with readings, singing and cake.
We have two public celebrations planned and invite everyone interested to attend.
